Bayside Medical Aesthetics will happily accept product returns within 30 days if product is unopened and in original condition. We do not offer a refund or exchange where the product has been opened and you have changed your mind.

In the rare event you have an allergic reaction, please take a photo, contact the clinic and discontinue use immediately. Returns for allergy must be less than 20% used. A full refund will be given in this case. Before returning any product. Please email reception@baysidemedicalaesthetics.com for a return request.

Refunds are not available for Gift Vouchers.

You will have 30 days from date of purchase to return your RATIONALE order for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase must be provided when returning any formulation(s).
