    Dispatch and Delivery times

    Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery can then take 3-5 days. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, there has been some delay in delivery but we will always do our best to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Click and Collect is available for same day turn around during business hours only.

    Bayside Medical Aesthetics will happily accept product returns within 30 days if product is unopened and in original condition. We do not offer a refund or exchange where the product has been opened and you have changed your mind.

    In the rare event you have an allergic reaction, please take a photo, contact the clinic and discontinue use immediately. Returns for allergy must be less than 20% used. A full refund will be given in this case. Before returning any product. Please email reception@baysidemedicalaesthetics.com for a return request.

    Refunds are not available for Gift Vouchers.

    RATIONALE offers a 100 per cent money-back satisfaction guarantee as part of our order return policy. You will have 30 days from date of purchase to return your RATIONALE order for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase must be provided when returning any formulation(s). Returned items will be refunded using the same method that was used to make payment. It may take RATIONALE up to four business days to process the refund, and a further four business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
